Digital coupon purchases are non-refundable once the voucher code has been generated and sent.

3. Incorrect Email Address Provided

If you entered the wrong email, please contact us immediately — we will assist where possible.
4. Failed or Missing Delivery
If you do not receive your coupon code within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
We will re-send the voucher to the same email address after verification.
5. Invalid or Redeemed Codes
If your coupon code appears invalid or already redeemed, please contact us with proof (screenshot / error message).
We will investigate and provide a resolution if applicable.
